Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Closely rooted short black Afro hairstyles with a pink ribbon that accents the girl’s hair, brown sleep eyes with attached upper eyelashes, open/closed mouths that accommodate a pacifier.
Clothes: Personalized “MiBeBé” clothing consists of a light blue and white romper for the boy and a pink and white dress with white shorts for the girl. The shoes and/or socks were added by the curator.
Other: Made in Spain for the European market during the 1980s, MiBeBé dolls are life-like baby dolls with pacifiers that activate a battery-operated crying mechanism when the pacifiers are removed from their mouths.
