Hair/Eyes/Mouth: Sculpted and texturized black Afro, brown painted eyes, open mouth with painted upper teeth
Clothes: Wears the official Scout uniform that replicates the uniform Boy Scouts wore the year of release and brown vinyl shoes.
Other: Bob Scout has multiple points of articulation at the neck, upper arms/shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles. Bob’s right hand is molded into a position to give the appropriate Boy Scout salute. Steve Scout is Bob’s white counterpart.
