Hair, Eyes, and Mouth: Brown mohair spiral curls, brown sculpted eyes with painted upper eyelashes, and a closed mouth
Clothing: A one-piece pale blue cotton romper with a smocked bishop’s collar and sleeves is worn over a white cotton one-piece undergarment. A cotton and lace bonnet matches the fabric of the romper. White knit socks and light-blue-trimmed leather Mary Jane shoes cover the feet.
Other: Carolyn is a Babies Nursery Limited Edition baby doll sculpted by Helen Kish. The hands are fashioned for the right thumb to lock into the space between the left thumb and index finger to hold the separately-sold Lolly Dolly, which is not shown. The doll held by Carolyn in the gallery photo is a baby doll that uses a Dianna Effner sculpt. A numbered certificate of authenticity was included with Carolyn.
