Hair, Eyes, Mouth: No hair, closed eyes, closed mouth

Clothes: Nude, anatomically correct

Other: Anatomically correct porcelain baby rests inside a blue gift box on top of a white faux fur lining. It is attached to the lining with a gold-tone metal waistband. The hangtag is attached to an ivory organza bow that adorns the gift box. Inside the hangtag in German:

Fur _____, dem süßesten Baby der Welt.  Wir haben uns schon so lange auf Dich gefreut.  Seit _____ bist Du nun endlich bei uns.

English Translation:

For _____, the sweetest baby in the world. We have been looking forward to you for so long. Since _____ you are finally here with us.
