Hair/Eyes/Mouth: Black handmade wavy mid-back-length human hair wig with a side part/brown hand-blown glass eyes from Lauscha (a town in the district of Sonneberg, in Thuringia, Germany)/open smile with separately molded teeth
Clothes: Dark coral butterfly-print sarong
Other: Made in Germany, this one-of-a-kind doll was named by the artist after this museum’s curator. A certificate of authenticity includes the doll’s name, photograph, and a signature and photograph of the artist, Reinhard Woelfert, and his wife (who dressed and named the doll). The doll now wears a BunnFunn custom-made photo-collage tribute dress in honor of the curator’s mother (see the final image in the slideshow). The dress also has a certificate of authenticity.
