Made by and When: Ideal Toys, Inc., 1911

Material: Composition head, straw-stuffed brown cloth body, arms, hands, legs, and feet; hands are mitten-like without fingers

Marks: WA9 or WA [reverse P]

Height: 11 inches

Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Painted-brown/brown painted eyes/open mouth painted pink on the inside

Clothes: Blue and white plaid romper has “Ideal Baby Mine” on the fabric belt.

Other: This doll is a lookalike of E. I. Horsman’s Black Baby Bumps and might have been removed from the market after Horsman sued several manufacturers that created copycats of their doll.
