Hair, Eyes, Mouths: Bald (the kit includes three differently-styled wigs*), brown painted eyes and painted eyelashes, closed mouths with wine or rose-colored lips.

*Wigs: Black and blue ombre bob wig, long platinum blonde and black ombre wig, and a curly brown Afro wig—all have a silicone wig cap lining.

Other: Mattel released three You Create Barbie Kits in March 2025 in three different skin tones. Kit No. 003 contains the deepest-complexioned dolls. The kits celebrate the 15th anniversary of Barbie Basics, a line of collector’s edition Barbie dolls, and include mix-and-match swappable doll bodies, heads, wigs, and universal-fit fashions. The back of the box illustrates many ways to mix and match the dolls. The dolls’ skin tone in Kit No. 003 matches Barbie Basics 2025 Series 1, Model No. 03.
