Hair, Eyes, Mouths: Anjali #1 has a black mohair wig styled in two side pigtails with bangs, brown-painted eyes, and a closed mouth. Anjali Girls in Space has a black mohair wig styled in a ponytail with bangs, brown-painted eyes, and a closed mouth.

Clothes:

Anjali, the debut doll, is Riley’s pen pal from India.

Anjali #1: Batik dress of blue and purple, lime-green and white polka dot T-shirt (replaced with a white blouse), shawl, white panties, brown faux leather shoes.

Anjali Girls in Space, 2006

Anjali Girls in Space: One-piece white astronaut suit features working blue and red zippers, accented with red fabric at the right chest that extends to the upper back with an American flag stitched to the right chest; wears white panties, a white tank top, white flight boots, and a red visor with “Girls in Space” embroidered on the bib. The same wording is embroidered on the left sleeve.

Other: Anjali, part of the Riley’s World Collection, represents Riley’s pen pal from India. Anjali #1 debuted in 2005 as one of the Kish Collector Society dolls only available to club members. Riley Girls in Space was released one year later and limited to 750 dolls worldwide.
