Height:  16 inches

Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Rooted brown Afro, brown-painted eyes, closed mouth

Clothes: Far Out Friday wears an animal-print, fully-lined halter jumpsuit, nude pantyhose, gold lamé platform sandals, gold hoop earrings, gold link bracelets, and a gold chain belt.

Other: Friday Foster was a newspaper comic strip featuring an African American fashion model who became the top assistant to a top fashion photographer. The comic strip ran from 1970 to 1975.  Friday Foster comic books were also published. Starring Pam Grier, the movie Friday Foster premiered in 1975. In 2008, Robert Tonner created a limited series of three different Friday Foster dolls (Far Out Friday, Friday Foster Basic, and Thank God It’s Friday). Additionally, two extra boxed fashions (Funky Friday and Stellar Stripes) were produced. Gallery photos include a Friday Foster comic strip and a film poster featuring Pam Grier as Friday Foster.
