Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Black corkscrew curls, brown stationary eyes with applied upper eyelashes, closed mouth with dark lip color

Clothes: Soccer uniform includes a white and yellow shirt with orange trim, blue pleated skirt, black spandex pants, white panties, orange knee socks, and blue sneakers.

Other: Representing Kenya, this first-edition Lulu is from the Karito Kids “World Collection.” Lulu is one of the first five international dolls in the collection. The hardcover chapter book, Nairobi Nightmare, and a passport with a secret code were included with the doll. To encourage children to give, with the redemption of the secret code, the child could choose a charity to receive 3% of the doll’s cost via PlanUSA. This multiple award-winning doll line made “The O List” in the August 2007 issue of The Oprah Magazine.  Not shown, a second-edition Lulu with a lighter complexion followed the first-edition doll.
