Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Short-rooted black hair with bangs, brown sleep eyes with attached upper eyelashes, painted double eyebrows, open/closed mouth (parted lips) with faint red lip color
Clothes/Accessory: Wears a peach fleece mock suspender romper that has an attached peach and white gingham blouse and a pocket of the same gingham material that holds a plastic teddy bear. The pant legs below the knees are trimmed with peach and white gingham. The original white and peach vinyl slip-on sneakers have painted-on shoe laces. The earrings and headband were added by the curator.
Other: Originally baby-scented, Baby Two Year Old is a companion doll that is approximately the height of a two-year-old child. It was marketed as a “real life-size walking friend” and part of Eugene Doll’s Children’s Hour Dolls series. Like most companion dolls this height, Baby Two Year Old can wear clothing designed for two-year-old children. Black versions are rare.
