Description: Inspired by her then-3-year-old daughter, LaVerne C. Williams Hall created the My Little Mahji Paper Doll Set in 1981. This paper doll book includes one doll and nine fashions. Ten years later, the second all new Mahji Paper Doll Book was published. Six pages of colorful fashions are in the second book. Ami, Mahji, and Jahmi, published in 1988, are the featured paper dolls in a cutout storybook where there are two fashions for each paper doll as well as a short story that introduces the dolls.
