Made by and When: Norah Wellings, 1929
Material: Stuffed velvet and velvet over sculpted face, jointed neck
Marks: Right black cloth foot tag reads MADE IN ENGLAND / BY / NORAH WELLINGS.
Height: 11 inches
Hair/Eyes/Mouth: Short brown curly mohair wig/brown glass eyes that glance to the doll’s right, painted upper eyelashes, eyes are lined in black/smiling mouth with red lips and six painted teeth.
Clothes: Gold sewn-on suspender pants with one white mother of pearl button where each suspender meets the pants; two mother of pearl buttons are on both sides of pants. Tan felt pockets were added by the owner; bare feet.
